You don’t need to fear the group of lions led by a sheep, but fear the groups of sheep led by the lion.
If you have ever lived or worked under a bad leader, you will know what i am going to talk about. A leader is a very responsible position to be in because it involves the life, time, and energy of many people.
The bad leader may be anyone, Father who tortures and harasses the family, a class captain who does nothing, a boss who threatens and screams, or the country admin who is corrupted.
Bad leaders are someone you should avoid or shouldn’t be under because they will just have a harmful impact upon you and believe me even end up destroying your life.
Here are some traits of bad leaders for you to recognize.
They don’t listen to the people: One of the traits of a good leader is listening. Bad leaders are not active listeners which causes trouble inside the team(Lack of communication).
They don’t stand to their words: I hate people who never stand to their words. Bad leaders are those people. They say they would do one thing and raises all the hopes and just throws you off the roof and the worst part is they never care.
They are controlled by emotions: Bad leaders tend to be controlled by emotions rather than to control it and believe me any decision taken under the influence of emotions does no good. Good leaders control emotions no matter what may they be fear, anger, sadness, or happiness.
They have no vision: Leaders especially good ones are supposed to have a vision in anything they lead. A man with no vision is no Leader.
They stop learning: Good leaders are good learners and are always willing to spend their time learning new things, but bad leaders don’t. Bad leaders depend upon things they learned in the past and simply stop learning.
